My name is Ozgur and I am a Certified Professional Coach. I am a woman of impact and my purpose is to help others with the skills that I have.

After spending 25+ years in very reputable multinational FMCG companies in senior leadership roles in USA, Canada, and Turkey, I decided to pursue coaching. I got certified as a coach by Concordia University in Montreal.

In my coaching practice, I am focused on empowering senior level professionals to reach their full potential, excel in their leadership skills and helping them navigate the challenges that they may be facing. With 25+ years of experience in the corporate world and a deep understanding of the challenges and dynamics that come with leadership positions.

My career gave me a unique opportunity to connect other professionals from different backgrounds, countries, and cultures and help them develop and grow in their careers. I am dedicated to helping you develop the skills and mindset necessary to succeed in today’s fast-paced business environment.

When I started working with Ozgur, I felt stuck in my career. I was no longer growing, I struggled to communicate effectively with my direct report, and I even questioned whether I needed to make a complete career change to move forward. Ozgur took the time to truly listen and ask the right questions—ones that encouraged me to find my own answers.
